Dorina Bekoe, Linda Bishai and Dick Pera recently participated in the Virtual Seminar Series of the National Intelligence University, the intelligence community’s sole, accredited, federal degree-granting institution, which is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Dorina and Dick spoke about the recent change in Chadian leadership and observations on military and intelligence services, and Dorina and Linda addressed the impact of the conflict in Ethiopia’s Tigray region and its potential to destabilize the Horn of Africa region.
